Collective effort to support the Ofcom initiative
Following Ofcom’s plans to ensure all vulnerable customers are treated fairly, numerous providers have now committed to reduce prices for those suffering and ensure customer services are highly rated across the board. Already having commitments from Virgin Media, BT, TalkTalk, EE, Plusnet and Sky, Ofcom estimate that all out of contract customers could benefit from savings of £270m per year with numerous protection plans now in place.
