Making and receiving calls using Microsoft Teams is very easy with the intuitive Teams interface. If you already have Calls with Teams enabled, a new keypad is shown in the bottom left corner instead of the purple "Make a Call" button. You can then type the telephone number you wish to dial and click "Call".
You can transfer a single landline number or an entire telephone system into the Calls with Teams application. The common features found in a PBX system are readily available and accessed via an online Number Manager portal. The Calls with Teams function provides access to your Directory, Speed dial list, Call History, Voicemails and Call Recordings.
Calls with Teams utilises our Number Manager as the inbound call routing platform. Number Manager is a flexible and scalable call distribution tool that offers Call Queuing, Virtual Receptionist, and Hunt Groups. In addition, the Number Manager offers Area Based Routing, Multi-level IVR and real-time Wallboard Analytics. Control calls to your business at the click of a button from a single easy-to-use platform.
Yes we can port any 01/02, 08 or 03 number into our network. This would allow us to display the number when dialling out using Microsoft Teams.
